In such cases, please use our QR code on the claim form that arrives with your package, or you can go directly to our claim portal here within 3 working days after receiving the order and include the following pictures of the damaged products and packaging:
· Clear pictures of the products that have been damaged.
· Pictures of the packaging, including the front and back of the parcel.
· Pictures of the parcel’s corners.
· Pictures of the internal protection.
· A legible picture of the shipping label.
We will review your case as soon as possible and check whether we can offer a replacement or a refund.
